Cat360 is designed to help cat owners track care routines and health observations. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information we collect
- Account information such as email address and sign-in method.
- Cat care data you enter, including routines, notes, and health logs.
- Technical data such as device type, app version, and crash diagnostics.
2. How we use information
- Provide core app functionality and sync your data across sessions.
- Improve reliability, performance, and product features.
- Process subscriptions and restore purchases when applicable.
- Respond to support requests.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We only share information with service providers needed to operate the app (for example authentication, cloud storage, analytics, and subscription processing).
4. Data retention and your rights
We keep your data while your account is active or as needed to provide services.
How to request data or account removal
You have the right to access your data or have it deleted permanently.

In-App Deletion
Navigate to Settings > Account and select Delete Account. This will immediately queue your data for permanent removal from our servers.

Email Request
Email support@cat360.app with the subject "Data Access Request" or "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address.
Note: Deleting your account will remove all cat profiles, health logs, and household associations. This action cannot be undone.
5. Your choices
- Request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
- Opt out of non-essential communications.
- Manage app permissions from your device settings.
