Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Cat360, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Not Medical Advice

Cat360 is a tracking and organizational tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content, including wellness scores and reports, is for informational purposes only. Always seek the advice of a qualified veterinarian for any health concerns regarding your cat.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any data submitted through it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Licence, Subscriptions and Payments

These Terms are the end user licence agreement (EULA) between you and Cat360 for use of the application. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Cat360 on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except where that restriction is prohibited by law. Cat360 and its content remain our property. This licence lasts for as long as you comply with these Terms.

Some features require Cat360 Pro. We offer the following in-app purchases:

• Cat360 Pro Monthly — an auto-renewing subscription with a term of one month.
• Cat360 Pro Yearly — an auto-renewing subscription with a term of one year.
• Cat360 Pro Lifetime — a one-time purchase that does not renew.

Current prices are shown in your local currency on the purchase screen inside the app before you confirm any purchase, and vary by region. Where a free trial is offered, its length is shown on that same screen. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for the same term unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your App Store or Google Play account settings at any time. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled under their policies, not ours. Cat360 Pro is provided under the same licence and disclaimers set out in these Terms, including Section 2 (Not Medical Advice) and Section 7 (Limitation of Liability).

5. Household Collaboration

When you invite others to your household, they may see data about your cats and your care logs. You are responsible for who you invite and the access you grant.

6. Deletion and Termination

You can delete your account or specific data at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cat360 is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
